Visit us at the new Arbuckle Certified Farmers' Market!
In early 2008, Mary was elected to the board of the Arbuckle Revitalization Committee and charged with the job of starting a Farmers' Market in Arbuckle. She was busy all winter organizing Colusa County's only certified Farmers' Market. Opening day for the Market was May 8, 2008. The Market is held every Thursday afternoon from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m through October. The Market is now closed for the 2008 season. We will reopen in June 2009.

Certified Farmers' Market in Arbuckle

The Arbuckle Revitalization Committee presents a new Certified Farmers' Market every Thursday from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. through October. The Market began May 8, 2008 and continues to grow every week.

Located at LaVanche Hursh Community Park in downtown Arbuckle, the event also serves as a festive social venue, surrounded by parks and featuring a weekly bar-b-que dinner. This new Farmers' Market is quickly becoming a weekly destination and opportunity for local residents to purchase high quality produce and hand-made products direct from the producer.

Expect to find a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh cut flowers, potted plants, prepared foods, baked goods, nuts, crafts and more. This event is proving to be an exciting addition to the ongoing revitalization of downtown Arbuckle!
